Caroline started Nashville Acting Studio in 2008 after being asked by her Belmont University students to continue her Acting for Camera class outside the university.

Caroline currently coaches all the Advanced Acting Classes.

Lindsey Shope

Growing up in Nashville, Lindsey began working and studying as an actor at a very young age. After spending several years in Los Angeles, Lindsey now works locally as a professional actor and coach to young actors.

Rebecca Lines

Rebecca Lines is a fantastic actor with over 80 credits to her name who brings not only an abundance of on set and auditioning experience, but is also an associate casting director for M Casting Worldwide and has created her own comedy series.

Rebecca coaches all of the Foundational and Intermediate classes.

Travis Nicholson

August Guest Director

Travis Nicholson is a writer/director, producer, and actor from Nashville, TN.


Working with a diverse list of directors such as Clint Eastwood, Joel and Ethan Coen, F. Gary Grey, and Harmony Korine has given Travis exposure to a broad range of styles and techniques, helping him to develop in his various interests.


In 2012, a short film he produced entitle "The Arm" was awarded "Special Jury Prize for Comedic Storytelling" at the Sundance Film Festival. In 2014, "Listening", a feature film he also produced and shot on location in Cambodia, received glowing reviews from the Hollywood reporter and Moviemaker magazine.


In 2015 Travis co-created, co-wrote, executive produced, and starred in "Still the King", a comedy television series starring Billy Ray Cyrus and Joey Lauren Adams that enjoyed two fun filled seasons, shot on location in Nashville, TN.

 
 
 

Motke Dapp

Motke’s foundation is in traditional filmmaking, and his commercial style can be described as a subtle blend of whimsey, smiles, and precise beats.

Motke’s storytelling background, along with his past life as a graphic designer and musician, has helped guide his choices over the years - from beautiful visuals to choosing the exact phrasing to best communicate an idea as well as finding that right tempo to bring the message home.

Motke has directed spots for Downey, Febreze, Honda, Jeep, GMC, and many other single word companies, including Litter-Robot, who sometimes uses a hyphen.
